In an effort to minimise regular consumption of synthetic and various types of artificial sweeteners a Bangladeshi company has come up with first natural sugar substitute in the country named ‘CHINI GO’ for the health conscious consumers, reports UNB.
Purnava Limited, a subsidiary of Renata Ltd, manufacturer of non-medicated preventive healthcare products, has brought the natural substitute of sugar which, they claim, is made from the sweetest extract of Stevia leaf.
In recent times, synthetic and various types of artificial sweeteners (AS) became widely used as sugar substitute.
Synthetic sugar can be carcinogenic to humans and unsafe for human consumption in various ways like gastric, migraine, weight gain, blurred vision, allergic reaction etc.
Consumption of a sugar substitute ‘CHINI GO’ will considerably reduce the impact of these diseases in the years to come, health experts of the company said on Monday.
‘CHINI GO’, made out of Stevia leaf, is a natural sweetener with zero calories, zero carb, zero GI produced in South America.
This natural substitute of sugar is widely used by consumers in Japan and North America, said the company.
