Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in a drive arrested 29 suspected members of LGBT (Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community from a community centre in Keraniganj on Thursday.

A team of Rab-10 raided Chhayanir Community Centre around 12:30 am and arrested them along with drugs, condoms and lubricant, said Rab sources.

However, the arrestees denied the allegation.

Witnesses said the youths gathered in the community centre to attend a birthday party.
