Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members arrested four Rohingyas, including three children, from Benapole bus stand while they were going to India through Benapole frontier illegally on Monday.
The arrestees are Yusuf, 35, his son Solaiman, 4, his brother's sons Salman, 9, and Ramjan, 5. They are all Myanmar's Rohingya Muslims who were living in Teknaf after coming from Myanmar, UNB reports.
Nayek Subedar M Shahid, in-charge of BGB Benapole camp, told reporters that they were arrested while going to India illegally through the Benaplole port as Yusuf was taking the three children to their mothers, who live in India.
The arrested were handed over to Benapole port police station, he said..
