Sunny Leone to bring ‘sunny days’ for Andhra farmer

This is going to add to the bizarre news list you have ever heard. Never in the wildest of our dreams, we could have ever imagined that Sunny Leone’s poster would act as a scarecrow in some field.

Yes, you heard that right. Interestingly, a farmer from Andhra Pradesh had this innovative idea of placing a poster of the actress for better yield of his crops.

The farmer named Chenchu Reddy was in trouble as the crops in his field were deteriorating even after proper irrigation and care and he concluded that it was all because of evil gaze.

He told to Ahmedabad Times, “Year after year, I would suffer losses because of a poor yield. The crops looked healthy for some time, but then something would go wrong.”  After trying traditional ways of using scarecrows made of straws, which did not help, he finally placed two huge posters of Sunny Leone with a message, “Orey, nannu chusi edavakura(Hey, don’t cry or feel jealous of me) to distract the passersby.

Hindustan Times quotes Reddy, “This year, I have a good crop in 10 acres of land. This has been attracting the unnecessary attention of villagers and passersby. To ward off their evil eye, I thought of this idea of putting up the big flax poster of Sunny Leone a couple of days ago.”

The world is a weird place and one keeps bumping into such fascinating things. Let’s see what would be Sunny Leone’s take on the creative use of her posters.
