Music maestro Sabina Yasmin and eminent film actress Bobita have joined a musical event in the capital for destitute children vowing that they would constitute their support for the underprivileged children of society, reports BSS.
"We can change the world with our united efforts. Our willingness is needed for that," Yasmin told the 'Concert for Children' organized in the Krishibid Institution auditorium at Farmgate here on Friday.
US-based children welfare agency Distressed Children and Infants International with the association of Bangladesh Rights and Sight for Children (RSC) organized the musical event under 'Journey for Child Rights and Sight Programme'.
The celebrated musician also dedicated her all songs those she performed at the function for the underprivileged children.
Actress Bobita said: "I have always think for development and welfare of destitute children.
Sabina and Bobita both of them are working as the goodwill ambassador of DCI. Apart from Sabina Yasmin, Sun Child music group, Benuka Lalitkala Academy artistes performed songs and dances in the event.
