Popular family and comedy genre director Faridul Hasan has made a long drama serial titled “Bahana” with a bunch of stars.

Written by Zakir Hossain Ujjal, the play stars Salahuddin Lavlu, AKM Hasan, Jamil Hossain, Nadia Ahmed, Urmila Srabonti Kar, Tahmina Sultana Mou, Sazu Khadem, Sabiha Zaman, Shelly Ahsan, Faruk Ahmed, Dr. Ejaj, Siddiqur Rahman, Saidur Rahman Pavel, Shaheed-un-Nabi, Ireen Tany, Emila Haque, Samina Bashar, Jamal Raja, Hedayat Nannu, Tanya Ritu, Reshmi and others.

It will be seen in the story of the serial that there is a house in Shimultali village named “Talukdar Bari”. The late Mohram Talukdar, the master of this house, left behind six daughters and a lot of property. Mohram Talukdar’s wife Amena spends her days with six daughters Jui, Joba, Beli, Shapla, Togor and Shiuli.

Despite having enough money, she could not educate her daughters except one. Because none of them had much interest in education. After marrying the eldest daughter, Amena is unable to marry the others even though they are of marriageable age. There is a problem here too. Amena Begum is very worried about it. Her only hope is her eldest’s son-in-law Mofakkar. Thus, the story of the play continues…  

According to the director, the drama serial “Bahana” will be aired on private television RTV every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10:00pm from tomorrow. It will then be released on the television’s YouTube channel.

It is to be noted that Faridul Hasan’s serial drama “Fapar” is being aired on Banglavision. The series started airing on 9 January this year.
