IU signs protocol with Turkey’s Cankiri Karatekin University

A protocol has been signed between Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia and Cankiri Karatekin University (CAKU) in Cankiri, Turkey under the framework of Erasmus Ka171 Staff Mobility programme.
Two academic staffers from IU will be offered the Teaching and Training Mobility Programme 2024-25, according to a notice signed by IU International Affairs Division Director Prof Mohammad Wali Ullah.
The five-day programme will be held from 5 May 2025 to 9 May 2025 on the CAKU campus. The nominees will be funded according to the provision of the Erasmus project while the Islamic University will not bear any expenses regarding the issue.
Departments including economics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, art and design, and business have been called to apply for Staff Mobility for Teaching programme, while all departments matching with CAKU have been urged to apply for Staff Mobility for Training programme.
Faculties are requested to apply within 7 December 2024 to the International Affairs Division director through the department chairman along with their proposal and CV mentioning publications of last five years with impact factor, index, role as author, research gate link, Google scholar link, Orcid ID, total citation, h-index according to Google scholar, as well as administrative and academic experiences.
Candidates must have international passports with at least six-month validity at the time of starting the programme, the notice also mentioned.
