Kings to take on Brothers in Bashundhara Group Fed Cup opener on 3 Dec

The 10-team Bashundhara Group Federation Cup 2024-25 will begin with two matches on 3 December.
Defending champions Bashundhara Kings will take on Brothers Union Ltd at the Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla and Police Football Club will meet Fortis FC at the Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh, both at 2:30pm.
Holders Kings, who had been placed in the five-team Group A, will face Fortis FC, Police FC, and Dhaka Wanderers Club in their other group matches on 17 and 31 December, and 28 January at the Kings Arena and in Mymensingh respectively.
The Group B comprises of runners-up Mohammedan Sporting Club Ltd, Abahani Ltd Dhaka, Chittagong Abahani Ltd, Rahamatganj Muslim Friends Society, and Fakirerpool Young Men’s Club.
The toppers of Group A and B will lock their horns in the Qualification Round to Final 1 on 8 April in Cumilla while the second-placed teams of Group A and B will play Qualification Round to Final 2 on 15 April in Mymensingh.
The winners of Qualification Round match will directly qualify for the final while the losers will play the Qualification Round to Final 3 against the winners of Qualification Round 2 to confirm a spot in the final on 22 April at the Kings Arena.
The final will be held on 2 May. The venue is yet to be announced.
