KDS Accessories Ltd has announced a 10% dividend for its shareholders for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.

The announcement was made at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held through a virtual platform on Thursday.

KDS Accessories Chairman Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting also attended by Managing Director Salim Rahman, board member Tahsina Rahman, representative director Kamrul Hasan Siddiqui, independent director Prof Sarwar Jahan, auditor’s representative and KDS Accessories’ CEO Debasis Daspal, CFO Biplob Kanti Banik, and Company Secretary Mohammad Ilias among others.

A large number of shareholders also attended the meeting.

The chairman expressed his gratitude to the stakeholders for their contribution towards the 33rd anniversary of their company and thanked the shareholders for their trust in it.

He also briefly put forth the growth potential of the company, international competition, and KDS Accessories’ ambition to become a strong backward linkage industry.

The AGM approved the 10% dividend – 5% cash and 5% stock – for the shareholders.

Other activities of the AGM included the adoption of the audited financial statements of the year 2023-2024, re-appointment of an independent director, and re-election of the directors, and appointment of auditors.
