Bangladesh's tech giant Walton has been honoured with the 'Best Brand Award-2024' in the refrigerator, air conditioner, and television categories. 

Walton achieved these awards at a splendid programme of the 16th edition of 'Best Brand Awards' organised by Bangladesh Brand Forum at Hotel Intercontinental in the capital on 26 December, read a press release. 

The award-giving ceremony was attended by Walton Distributor Network's Head of Sales Md Firoj Alam, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Galib Bin Mohammad, Deputy CMO Zoheb Ahmed, Walton AC's Chief Business Officer (CBO) Md Tanvir Rahman, Fridge CBO Tahasinul Haque, and TV CBO Habib Iktekhar. 

Expressing gratitude to customers, Walton distributors, dealers, all members and well-wishers for achieving the recognition, Galib Bin Mohammad said, "It's a great milestone. Walton refrigerator received the prestigious 'Best Brand Award' for 11 consecutive times while Walton TV won this award for the second consecutive times. 

“Meanwhile, the best AC brand category was newly added in the 16th edition of the Best Brand Awards, and Walton won the title of the best AC brand. These achievements are another milestone towards Walton's goal of becoming one of the best brands in the world.”

Mentionable, the world-class 'Winning Brands' survey method is followed to select the best brands in various categories. Consumers from all sections of the country participated in this survey. 

Based on the information given by them, Walton has been ranked among the best brands in the country in addition to the best brand awards in the refrigerator, air conditioner, and television categories this year. 

The function was also attended, among others, by Business Coordinator to Walton TV Monitoring Director Arman Ibn Shahjahan, Fridge Product Manager Shahidul Islam Reza, Brand Manager Md Mostafijur Rahaman, Walton AC Brand Manager Khalilur Rahman, Walton TV Product Manager Tanbir Mahmud Shuvo and other senior officials of the company.
