Southeast University (SEU) and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at SEU’s Conference Hall on Tuesday.

The signing ceremony was attended by ICMAB President Mahtab Uddin Ahmed FCMA and Vice President Md Kausar Alam FCMA, said a press release. On behalf of Southeast University, its Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Yusuf Mahbubul Islam and Pro Vice Chancellor Professor Dr M Mofazzal Hossain were present. Others from both institutions were also in attendance.

The MoU aims to foster academic and professional collaboration through initiatives such as a waiver programme for BBA graduates, soft skills development, and joint research ventures. “The partnership represents a significant step towards enriching the academic experience and career prospects for SEU students,” the press release read.
