Bangladesh opener Tanzid Hasan Tamim says the Tigers’ dominant displays in the T20I series against the Netherlands stem from a refreshing clarity in the dressing room—where every player has been given the freedom to express themselves.
The 24-year-old, who struck a fluent 50 off 40 balls in the second game in Sylhet on Monday, revealed that the team’s attacking mindset was no coincidence.
"The whole team has been given complete freedom – everyone can play their own way. Everyone’s role is clear, and how they should execute that role on the field has been made clear from the team management,” he said after the match.
"Inside this team everyone has been given their roles, and with that, the freedom to play. The important thing is how you execute your role on the field. I think yes, we definitely have that freedom now,” he added.
