After arriving safely in Jordan, the Bangladesh Under-17 Women’s National Football Team has officially begun their on-ground preparation for the AFC U-17 Women’s Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers. The young Tigresses held their first training session Saturday at the Aqaba Development Corporation Stadium – Training Ground.

The session, held from 4:15 PM to 5:45 PM local time (7:15 PM to 8:45 PM Bangladesh time), focused on tactical drills, passing coordination, and maintaining team shape — key aspects of head coach Saiful Bari Titu’s game plan.

Despite a long journey from Dubai to Amman and then Aqaba, the players looked sharp and energetic throughout the 90-minute session. Coach Titu emphasized ball movement, quick transitions, and defensive organization, while the players responded with high intensity and enthusiasm.

Team officials reported that the players are in good physical condition and adjusting well to the conditions in Jordan. The morale in the camp remains high following two impressive warm-up victories in the UAE, 2–0 against Syria and 3–0 over the hosts United Arab Emirates.

Bangladesh will continue their daily training sessions in Aqaba as they fine-tune their strategies for the AFC U-17 Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers, scheduled to begin on October 13.
