RANGPUR: Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Public Administration Ministry HN Ashiqur Rahman has said anti-corruption attitudes have to be created among the children to build a corruption free society.

Awareness will be created among them about the corruption. It is to be needed to notify the prevention of corruption among the students of educational institution.

Then the students will be able to inform their parents and local people in this regard.

He expressed the views while addressing a function on “The Best Corruption Prevention Committee (CPC) Award-2017” held at conference room of the Deputy Commissioner office here on Sunday afternoon as the chief guest.

Rangpur District of Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) organised the event with assistance of the district and divisional administration for distributing crests and medals among the best upazila and district level CPCs of Rangpur division. Deputy Commissioner of Rangpur Enamul Habib in the chair, Divisional Commissioner Kazi Hasan Ahmed, Additional Deputy Inspector General (DIG) for Rangpur Range Bashir Ahmed and Deputy Director of Dinajpur District Office of ACC Benazir Ahmed addressed the function as special guests.
