Similar instructions were also issued to the commissioners of Customs, Excise and VAT commissionerates in Dhaka (North), Dhaka (West), Dhaka (East), Dhaka (South), Chattogram, Rajshahi, Jashore, Khulna, Sylhet, Rangpur and Cumilla.
