Eid return journey: Train tickets for 25 March go on sale today

Advance train ticket sales for passengers returning to their workplaces after the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays entered the third day on Sunday (15 March). From 8:00am today, tickets for train seats scheduled for 25 March are being sold.

Bangladesh Railway is once again selling seven days’ advance tickets for intercity trains under a special arrangement. For the convenience of passengers, 100% of the tickets are being sold online.

From 8:00am, tickets for all intercity trains in the western region are available online. Tickets for intercity trains in the eastern region will be available from 2:00pm.

Earlier, tickets for 23 March were sold on 13 March, while tickets for 24 March were sold on 14 March. Tickets for 26 March will be sold on 16 March, 27 March on 17 March, 28 March on 18 March, and 29 March on 19 March.

However, ticket sales for trains scheduled for 20, 21, and 22 March will depend on the sighting of the moon for Eid.
