Two DIGs transferred to NSI

Two deputy inspectors general (DIGs) of Bangladesh Police have been transferred to the National Security Intelligence (NSI).

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Sunday.

The transferred officials are Aminul Islam, DIG of Rangpur Range, and Mohammad Abdul Kader, DIG of the Special Branch (SB) of police.

According to the notification, the order issued in the public interest will take effect immediately.
