Swiss envoy attends iftar hosted by PM Tarique

Ambassador of Switzerland to Bangladesh Reto Renggli attended an iftar reception hosted by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman during the holy month of Ramadan.
The event, held on Friday (6 March) at the state guesthouse Jamuna in Dhaka in honour of diplomats from different countries, brought together senior ministers, diplomats and other distinguished guests.
Ambassador Renggli expressed his pleasure at joining the gathering, describing it as a warm occasion to share the iftar meal and exchange greetings with government leaders and attendees.
The gathering offered a platform for government members, diplomats and guests to exchange views informally, in keeping with the spirit of Ramadan and fostering goodwill and mutual cooperation.
