Swiss ambassador discusses investment, cooperation with energy minister

Ambassador of Switzerland to Bangladesh Reto Renggli held a meeting with the Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Iqbal Hassan Mahmood and State Minister Anindya Islam Amit to discuss energy cooperation and investment opportunities.

During the meeting, the Swiss ambassador highlighted the diverse portfolio of Swiss investors operating in Bangladesh and expressed their confidence in the country’s economy, the Swiss Embassy said in a Facebook post.

He noted that ensuring a reliable and stable energy supply would help promote sustainable investment and support further economic growth in Bangladesh.
