Pakistani rock icon Ali Azmat and Bangladesh’s very own Nagarbaul James are set to electrify Dhaka audience at the upcoming concert “Legends Live in Dhaka: Ali Azmat X Nagarbaul James,” scheduled for 14 November 2025 at the United Convention Centre in the capital.

For the first time ever, South Asia’s two legendary voices—Ali Azmat, the frontman of Pakistan’s iconic band Junoon, and James, Bangladesh’s beloved rock legend—will share the same stage to deliver an unforgettable night of music and energy.

The concert is brought to you by Assen Communications, with State Media serving as the official event organiser. The announcement of this joint concert comes amid intense public discussion following the cancellation of James’ scheduled show in Meherpur last month. The event was called off due to a lack of official permission from local authorities, sparking widespread criticism and disappointment on social media.
