‘Post-deprived’ BCL activists on sit-in again at Raju Sculpture

The 'post-deprived' faction of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) resumed demonstration protesting the decision of paying respects at the mural of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Dhanmondi on Monday by the controversial new committee.

They started a sit-in at the base of Raju Sculpture in Dhaka University, after central BCL issued a notice that it’s new committee would pay their respects at the mural of Bangabandhu.

The protesters alleged that the controversial new central committee will get validated by placing wreath at the base of Bangabandhu.

They started their new sit-in program at 1:00 am last night. They also threatened to go for tougher movement if their demand would not meet.
