Self-registration: After exploring the features of the new app, if any customer is interested to open an account, s/he can directly open the account in simple steps by providing NID and taking photo. This solution is called e-KYC which will collect user’s name, address, mobile no. and other relevant data by scanning the NID.

Main features: The existing services, such as: Send Money, Cash Out, Mobile Recharge, Make Payment, Add Money, Pay Bill and Movie Ticket are placed on top of the user interface.

And if any customer changes his/her location, the offers will also change according to the new location.

Suggestions: This segment has been added to help the customers find the necessary offers best suited according to their lifestyle, location and usage pattern. For example, a customer living in Sylhet will see the logo of Jalalabad gas bill payment whereas a customer from Dhaka may see the logo of DPDC or DESCO.
