Premi O Premi hits cinemas Friday

Putting an end to all the waiting, Premi O Premi, a romantic feature film directed by Zakir Hossain Raju, hits cinemas across the country Friday.


Talking to daily sun, Abdul Aziz, the producer of the film said, “Premi O Premi has been released in a total of some 84 cinema halls all over Bangladesh.”


“I hope the film will continue its magical performance at the box office even in its second week,” he added.


Scripted by Abdullah Jahir Babu, the film casts model-actress Nusrat Faria and actor Arifin Shuvo as its main protagonists.


Nusrat said, “I am very excited about the film produced by Jazz Multimedia and hope the viewers will enjoy my works.”


“I have tried my best to essay my character in the film and hope it will pull film buffs to theatres again,” said Shuvo.


Nusrat Faria is a Bangladeshi film actress, model, television presenter and radio jockey.


Nusrat started her career as a debater participating on BTV debate show. She started her showbiz career as a model in several television commercials.


She also works in Indian Bengali films. Throughout her career, she has also worked in various radio programsmmes.


She hosted a reality show, Fair and Handsome: The Ultimate Man in 2014. She signed with Jaaz Multimedia to appear in two films, titled Aashiqui and Hero 420 in the following year.


Arifin Shuvo is a Bangladeshi film actor and television personality. He is a recipient of several awards and nominations, including two Meril Prothom Alo Awards.


Shuvo made his debut in 2007, appearing in television series Ha/Na before appearing in his first film Jaago - Dare to Dream in 2010.


He made his debut in mainstream cinema by working in Purno Doirgho Prem Kahini in 2013.

For his negative role in the film, He received nomination in Best Villain category at Meril Prothom Alo Awards.


He later went on to star in Bhalobasha Zindabad in 2013 and romantic action film Agnee in 2014.

His performance in Chuye Dile Mon has brought him first time Meril Prothom Alo Award in public category in 2015.


Arifin Shuvo also worked in Musafir and Dhaka Attack in 2016.
