The wait for Bangladeshi music lovers is finally coming to an end. After overcoming a series of complications, renowned Pakistani singer Atif Aslam is set to return to Dhaka for a live concert.
The “Main Stage Show Featuring Atif Aslam” will be held on 24 July, organisers announced.
The concert was originally scheduled for 13 December 2025, and all preparations, including ticket sales, had been completed. However, the event was postponed just two days before the scheduled date due to the security situation following the announcement of the national election schedule.
At the time, organiser Main Stage Inc. assured fans that the concert would be rescheduled if circumstances permitted. The company is now fulfilling that promise.
Following the postponement, Atif Aslam addressed his Bangladeshi fans through social media, expressing his commitment to return to Dhaka. He also confirmed that tickets purchased for the original concert would remain valid for the rescheduled event.
According to the organisers, all required administrative formalities, including cultural approvals and security clearances, have now been completed, paving the way for the much-awaited concert.
The venue will be announced soon.
Fans who purchased tickets for the December 2025 concert and did not request a refund will not need to buy new tickets. After completing the prescribed re-application process, fresh tickets will be issued in their names and delivered free of charge.
Those who had previously applied for a refund will also have the opportunity to withdraw their refund request and apply for ticket reinstatement. New tickets will likewise be issued to them at no additional cost.
A limited number of tickets will be made available for new audiences through the GetMyTicket.Live platform. Details regarding ticket categories, prices and the sales schedule will be announced shortly.
